Calculate an amount after fees
Enter an original amount, a percentage fee and a fixed fee. The calculator subtracts the percentage of the original amount first, then the fixed fee. No price lookup, sale or payment is performed.
Calculate with your own values
An illustrative example is shown. Use one currency for monetary fields; exchange rates are separate inputs. The form performs no transactions.

Which fee model does this use?
Net amount = original amount × (1 − percentage / 100) − fixed fee. The fixed fee is subtracted once. All monetary inputs must use the same currency.
For an original amount of 100, a 5% fee and a fixed fee of 7, the result is 88. These numbers are illustrative inputs, not current Steam or marketplace charges.
What does a negative result mean?
A negative result means that your entered costs exceed the original amount. It is not a debt created by this calculator and is not described as profit.
Check the provider’s actual calculation base, rounding, minimum charges and order of fees. A percentage added on top for a buyer is a different model. This tool does not establish that an item can be bought or sold at an entered price.
How to use the calculation
- Enter checked assumptions. Use an original amount and fixed fee in one currency. The percentage must be at least 0 and at most 99.99.
- Calculate again after editing. The initial result is an example. A decimal point or comma is accepted; submit the form to refresh the result.
- Check real conditions separately. No operation is executed. Compare the result with the actual provider terms before making a transaction.
Fields and limits
These bounds validate this arithmetic form; they do not define any provider’s commercial limits.

|---|---|---|
| Original amount | 0 | 1000000000 |
| Percentage fee, % | 0 | 99.99 |
